Is Discover Delta a government agency?
No. Discover Delta is an independent platform. For official approvals, land titles and incentives, the Delta State Investments Development Agency (DIDA) is the state's one-stop shop, and we can point you to the right people there.
What does the investment desk do?
It helps you find your way in. We listen to what you're looking for, share relevant opportunity areas and local context, and introduce you to local partners and the right public agencies.
What incentives are available?
Investors in the Kwale and Koko free trade zones get duty-free imports of machinery and raw materials, corporate tax exemption and full repatriation of capital and profit. The state has also set aside a $100 million fund to share the risk on new investments.
